Blue Ribbons

This 18 1/2" silver wire-wrapped pendant and earring set is made of luminescent labradorite beads and gemstone chips, rutilated quartz beads, Swarovski blue crystals and accented with silver and periwinkle seed beads, finished with a lobster claw clasp. The one-of-a-kind petrified wood pendant is hand-carved and polished (approx. 1 3/8" x 7/8") and wire-wrapping is unique in its use of silver and crystal accents. Called "blue ribbons" for the blue lace agate found in the petrified wood. Petrified wood is said to restore energy. Structurally, the original wood has been replaced by quartz or chalcedony and is agatized or silicified. Labradorite is a feldspar, and is believed to elevate consciousness and connections with universal energies.
