This 20 1/2" silver wire-wrapped pendant and earring set is made rutilated quartz, jasper, and two toned, faceted new jade (serpentine) beads, accented with silver and finished with a lobster claw clasp. The one-of-a-kind picture jasper pendant is hand-carved and polished (approx. 1 3/4" x 1") and wire-wrapping is unique in its use of jasper as accent. This type of jasper is named picture jasper because of the seeming landscapes seen in the stones designs. Rutilated quartz is said to repel negativity and strengthen positive direction. The rutiles are said to intensify the strength of the quartz stone. Jasper is believed to be very stabilizing, helping in reduce insecurity, fear and guilt.
